Zwik wasn’t dreamed up on a whiteboard. It was built by a podcast team that makes an episode every week, to finally keep run sheets, guests and advertisers in one place. Everything in it is something we use ourselves. Now every podcast team can work with it, with its own address and its own team.

Do I need to pay to try Zwik?
No. The first 14 days are free and you don’t need to enter payment details.
What’s the difference between the website and the admin area?
yourpodcast.zwik.app is the public website for listeners. You manage run sheets, guests and planning in the admin area. Listeners never see that.
What’s the difference between Basic and Complete?
Basic costs €5 per month in the first year and €7.50 after that. It includes run sheets & planning and guests, for 3 teammates, with unlimited episodes, guests and run sheets. Complete costs €8.50 per month in the first year and €12.50 after that. It includes the public website, connecting your own domain (+€1 per month), and every module: run sheets & planning, guests and commercial, for 10 teammates. Both include PDF and Word export, automatic sync with your RSS feed, and a daily backup kept for 12 months.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are per podcast per month, including VAT.
What does yearly billing save me?
With yearly billing you get 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and use Zwik for 12. In the first year Basic costs €50 and Complete €85. After that it is €75 and €125 per year.
I make more than one podcast. How does that work?
Prices are per podcast; every podcast gets its own public website and its own admin area. Every extra podcast gets 25% off.
Can I grow later — more people or my own domain?
Yes. An extra teammate is €1 per month. Your own domain is €1 per month, and only with Complete, because that plan includes the website. The daily backup, kept for 12 months, is included in Basic and Complete.
